Used wrong cleaner on Marble Fireplace-muriactic acid, now can the finish and shine be restored? What to do?

The cleaner was for tile and grout and also contained sulfuric acid and was in a diluted form.

Dimplex Fireplace Insert

Fireplace Inserts question….?

Where can I find economical (cheap) fireplace inserts? I have checked around and it seems only “dimplex” is the only company that sells inserts…..do you guys know of any other store or company?
